Where We Begin
First we lay out a mapping of your body’s current experience. Through your intake form, any lab results you may have, and our initial consult together, the patterns and underlying roots of what your body is dealing with will emerge.
Practicing the Protocol
After our time together, I select the specific herbs, supplements and preparations that I feel will bring the most benefit to your body’s unique needs. I help source the herbs and supplements from trusted suppliers, and get you started with your protocol.
Collating Remedies
This is where your intention for change meets your daily life. Through dedication and consistency, the plants will support you in moving towards balance. It's your commitment to showing up day after day that creates the conditions for real and lasting change.
Reassess & Refine
After a few weeks with a protocol, it is an optimal time to check in together and see how your body is doing in response to the herbs. We'll look at what's shifting and what's still asking for attention in order to determine what your body needs for the next stage of the journey in returning to dynamic balance.
